The Beluga concept was first tested and fine tuned in Hawaii and has since spread to test markets in Las Vegas and the Bay Area. Hawaii’s most beloved restaurants have discovered the benefits of Beluga, including Leonard’s Bakery, Uncle Bo’s, Dean & Deluca, Ruby Tuesday, Maile’s Thai Bistro, Big City Diner, Elena’s, and Lulu’s Waikiki.

Beluga has also been adopted by a growing number of hotels for room service and pool service, including the Ala Moana Hotel, Parkshore Waikiki Hotel, and the Island Colony Hotel.

Our Team

Beluga team members have many passions in common but nothing burns more fiercely than our collective love for food and restaurants. We’re foodies and we’re not embarrassed to shout it from the mountaintop. We also believe passionately that traditional full service dining has long been outdated and that today’s technology allows us to completely disrupt the restaurant industry.
